Update your address everywhere — in one sitting.

Connect your email and Movepost finds every account still pointed at your old address. Then it rides along in your browser: you log in, it fills in your new address, and it checks each account off — bank after bank, card after card. It never sees your passwords, and it never sells your move.

Free to see your accounts. No card. We never sell your move.

The moving-day problem nobody warns you about

USPS forwards your mail. It doesn’t update your accounts.

The average household has 15–40 accounts tied to an address — banks, cards, utilities, insurance, subscriptions, the DMV. Mail forwarding lasts a year and then stops. Miss one account and you get late fees, a missed statement, or your mail sitting in a stranger’s box.

There’s no single place to change your address everywhere — so most people do it from memory, in a browser with thirty tabs open, and still forget three.

What usually gets forgotten

  • 💳 That second credit card you barely use
  • 🏦 An old savings or brokerage account
  • 🩺 Insurance, HSA, and pharmacy
  • 🔁 Annual subscriptions that renew to old billing
  • 🚗 DMV, voter registration, IRS
How Movepost works

You log in. It does the tedious part.

1

Connect your email

One click, read-only. Movepost looks at who emails you — just the headers; the permission we request can’t even read your message bodies — and builds your list of accounts to update. Cut anything you don’t want before you start.

2

Work the queue

Movepost opens each site’s address page, one at a time. You log in — your own password manager does its thing — and Movepost fills in your new address, ready for you to hit save.

3

Watch the list go green

Every save flips an account to done and queues up the next site automatically. Pause anytime, pick it back up from your dashboard, and finish with a record of everything you updated.

The magic moment

Your inbox already knows every account you forgot.

Connect your email and watch your personal list appear — most people find accounts they haven’t thought about in years. Headers only: Movepost can’t read a single message body.

Why Movepost

Complete, private, and fast — by design.

Finds every account

Connect your email and Movepost reads just the senders — headers only, never the bodies — to surface every account still tied to your old address: banks, cards, utilities, subscriptions. Most people find accounts they forgot they had.

Never sees your passwords

You log into every account yourself, in your own browser, with your own password manager. Movepost has nothing to steal: no passwords, no account numbers, not even the text of your email.

Fills, tracks, finishes

On every site, Movepost fills in your new address the moment you’re signed in, checks the account off your list, and lines up the next one. What used to eat a weekend fits in a single sitting.

The difference

The free apps aren’t free. You are the product.

Updater and MovingWaldo are gated behind a realtor or moving company and make their money from your move. Movepost has no gate and no ads — you pay a small one-time fee, and we answer to you.

The lead-gen apps

  • Invite-only — you need a realtor or mover to get in
  • Act as your agent or hand you to advertisers
  • Your move is the thing being sold
  • Bundled offers and upsells

Movepost

  • Sign up yourself, right now — no gatekeeper
  • Never sees your passwords — you stay in control
  • No ads, no data selling, ever
  • Autofills every address form and tracks it to done
Pricing

One-time, not a subscription.

Most people move once every few years — so you pay once, for one move. No recurring charge to forget about.

Questions

Straight answers.

Isn’t a USPS change of address enough?

USPS forwards your mail for about a year — that’s it. It does not update your bank, credit cards, utilities, or subscriptions, so bills and statements keep being issued to your old address. Movepost helps you update the accounts themselves, fast.

How do you find my accounts?

You connect your email read-only. Movepost looks only at message headers — who’s emailing you — to spot accounts: a Chase email means a Chase account. The permission we request is metadata-only, so we can’t read your email bodies even if we wanted to. You can remove anything from the list before you start.

Do you need my passwords or logins?

Never. You log into each account yourself, in your own browser — your password manager autofills like always. Movepost only fills in your new address once you’re in. It can’t see, ask for, or store your login.

Does Movepost log in for me?

No — you drive. Movepost is a copilot, not a chauffeur: it finds your accounts, opens each site’s address page, fills in your new address after you sign in, and keeps score. Bank security (and their terms of service) make hands-off automation a promise nobody can keep honestly — so we don’t make it.

What if a site’s form is unusual?

Address autofill works on most sites out of the box. When a form is nonstandard, you paste your address the old-fashioned way and hit “Done → next” — Movepost still tracks it and queues the next site. You’re never stuck.

Why not use the free moving apps?

Apps like Updater and MovingWaldo are free because they’re gated behind a realtor or mover and make money from your move — handing you to advertisers. Movepost has no gate and no ads: you pay one honest fee and it works for you, privately.

What do you actually store about me?

Your account list (service names), your old and new address, and your progress. Not your passwords, not your account numbers, and none of your email — we never see message bodies at all. See our Privacy Policy for specifics.

How much does it cost?

Seeing your discovered account list is free. The Move Pass is a one-time $19 for a single move — not a subscription — because most people move once every few years. A yearly Plus plan exists for people who move often.

Move once. Update everything. Forget nothing.

See every account tied to your old address in about two minutes — free, no card.
